Go Be Seen! A simple call to action, yet very big for those of us that want to hide. It's time to "Be seen by choice, not by chance." And the first step in the process?

Claim what you know to be true for you!

Step out and share your heartfelt passion. What gift do you bring to the table for the community you serve?

Are you ready to claim it?

You are being asked to take an audacious bold step and certify yourself. The world needs your passion, your gifts, your talents, your service, the power of your presence.

Are you waiting for someone or some institution to do this for you?

What if you claim your gifts right now...not in the future...right this minute?

I invite you to open up this word.doc file, fill out the certificate with your gifts and talents, then claim your power by signing and certifying yourself. Then share this experience blog it, tell a friend, Go Be Seen.

I wonder...

The story

Emergence. Once upon a time I went a lot of places looking for me. Becoming a healer is not the norm and there is no certification process for the gifts I offer. Ruminating about this with Ellen, my mentor, she laughingly said "certify yourself!"

Aarghh! What? No way...yet our conversation stayed with me...and I did it!

Yes indeedy...after a trip to Office Deport for some official swirly border paper [hey I was going to do this up right] pondering on what gives me joy, I created the School of Life form and certified ME.

Signed and hung the certificate up on my wall, right next to all my conventional degrees and awards. Twelve years ago it was my act of power as a healer, artist and astrologer.

Working with others I'd listen to their hopes, wishes and dreams and then pull out the 'School of Life' certificate. "Okay let's tweak this certificate and get you ready to go." *smile*

"What do you mean I can do this on my own?" The response? an inward breath, a sigh and then the knowing. "Sure can" I'd say... "here it is, sign it when you're ready."

Can you relate? Each of us in the creative healing arts face this inner critic- artists, coaches, healers, astrologers...some of you may be hiding...and I stand here cheering GO BE SEEN.

Give yourself a voice, go online, step out into your community, print those business cards, do it all.
